Korzystanie z materiałów dostępnych na blogu breatherain.blogspot.com i galeria-carllton.blogspot.com oznacza akceptację warunków i zasad użytkowania zawartych w niniejszym regulaminie. 1. Opinie umieszcza się w komentarzach. Krytykę należy uzasadnić. 2. Wszelkie pytania należy kierować na ask.fm/Carllonka, carllton@vp.pl, twitter.com/Carllonka lub w komentarzu pod najnowszym postem. 3. W komentarzach nie wolno nadużywać wulgaryzmów, umieszczać spamu i odnośników (linków) do treści o charakterze pornograficznym, wzywających do nienawiści rasowej, etnicznej, wyznaniowej itp. 4. Propozycje umieszcza się w zakładce zaproponuj. 5. Sprawy niezwiązane z blogiem należy kierować bezpośrednio na carllton@vp.pl. 6. Nie wolno kopiować treści bloga. 7. Nie wolno kopiować prac i dodatków zamieszczanych na blogu. 8. Nie wolno przywłaszczać sobie zawartości bloga. 9. Lista używanych na w pracach dodatków znajduje się tutaj.	1. III. Pobieranie prac graficznych	III.Downloading graphic works
1. Jako prace graficzne rozumie się: nagłówki, sygnatury, ikony, bannery i tapety. 2. O pobraniu należy informować. 3. Informacje o pobraniu należy złożyć w komentarzu pod najnowszym postem. Należy podać nazwę pracy oraz stronę na której praca zostanie umieszczona (adres url). 4. Po pobraniu pracy i umieszczeniu jej na swojej stronie należy zamieścić informację o źródle pracy (credit) podając np.: (c) Carllton - breatherain.blogspot.com. 5. Prac graficznych nie wolno modyfikować.	1. Graphic works means: headers, blends, signatures, icons, banners and wallpapers. 2. You should inform me about downloading anything. 3. Information about downloading must be posted in a comment below the newest post.Provide the title/category of the graphic work and site on which work will be posted by you (url). 4. After downloading the work and placing it on website, you should include the information of the work's source (credit). Example: (c) Carllton - breatherain.blogspot.com. 5. Graphic works must not be modified.
IV. Pobieranie prac psd i korzystanie z instrukcji	IV. Downloading psd works and using tutorials
1. Prace w formie pliku psd przeznaczone są tylko i wyłącznie do nauki. 2. Nie wolno kopiować, modyfikować plików psd i podawać jako swoje. 3. Prace powstałe na postawie prac psd należy zaopatrzyć w informacje o źródle (credit), podając np.: praca na podstawie pliku psd (c) Carllton - breatherain.blogspot.com. 4. Instrukcje przeznaczone są tylko i wyłącznie do nauki. 5. Instrukcji nie wolno kopiować, przywłaszczać sobie i podawać jako swoje. 6. Prace na podstawie instrukcji należy zaopatrzyć w informacje o źródle (credit), podając np.: praca na podstawie instrukcji (c) Carllton - breatherain.blogspot.com. 7. O pobraniu instrukcji lub pliku psd należy poinformować pod najnowszym postem.	1. Works in a psd file are designed only to learn. 2. Do not copy, modify psd files and claim as your own. 3. Do not copy, modify tutorials and claim as your own. 6. Works based on tutorial should be provided with info about the source (credit). Example: Work based on tutorial by Carllton - breatherain.blogspot.com. 7. About downloading tutorials or psd file, you have to inform in the comment below newest post.
V. Pobieranie szablonów	V. Downloading templates
1. Szablony przystosowane są do blogger.com. 2. Szablony przystosowane są do rozdzielczości 1366x768 pikseli. 3. O pobraniu szablonu należy poinformować w komentarzu pod najnowszym postem podając: numer szablonu (ewentualnie link do podglądu) oraz adres bloga na którym szablon będzie się znajdował. 4. Po pobraniu szablonu i wgraniu na bloga, należy zamieścić informację o źródle szablonu (credit) np.: podając w widocznym miejscu - (c) Carllton - breatherain.blogspot.com lub dodać link w menu lub dodać button bloga. 5. Szablonów nie wolno modyfikować. 6. Szablonów nie wolno kraść i podawać jako swoje.	1. Templates are designed to blogger.com. 2. Templates are designed for resolution of 1366x768 pixels. 3. About downloading the template you should inform in a comment in the newest post. Information should include: template number (or a link to the preview) and the site url address on which the template will be placed. 4. After downloading the template and uploading to your site, you should include the information of the template's source (credit). For example: add link to breatherain on your site or add button. 5. Do not modify the templates. 6. Do not steal templates and claim as your own.
VI. Pobieranie dodatków graficznych	VI. Downloading graphic resources
1. Jako dodatki graficzne rozumie się: tekstury, koloryzacje psd, patterny. 2. Dodatków graficznych nie wolno kopiować, przywłaszczać sobie i podawać jako swoje. 3. Dodatków nie wolno publikować na innych stronach bez uprzedniej zgody autorki. 4. Dodatków nie wolno używać w celu wykonania swoich dodatków tej samej kategorii (np. tekstur do wykonania tekstur). 5. Dodatków  wolno używać w celu wykonania swoich dodatków innej kategorii (np. koloryzacji psd do wykonania tekstur). 6. O pobraniu dodatków należy poinformować pod najnowszym postem. 7. Pracę zawierającą dodatki graficzne należy opatrzyć informacją o źródle (credit). 8. Nie do użytku komercyjnego.	1. Graphic resources means: textures, psd colorings, patterns. 2. Graphic resources may not be copied, usurp and claim as your own. 3. Resources are not allowed to publish on other sites without the prior permission of the author. 4. Do not use resources to make your own resources in the same category (eg. texture to make textures). 5. You can use resources to make your own resources but in other category (eg. psd colorings to make textures). 6. About downloading graphic resources, you have to inform in the comment below newest post. 7. Graphic work containg graphic resources should include credit. 8. Not for commercial use.
VII. Pobieranie dodatków graficznych (kolekcji)	VII. Downloading resources (collections)
1. Jako dodatki graficzne (kolekcji) rozumie się: stocki, stocki z modelkami, bazy do ikon oraz czcionki. 2. O pobraniu należy poinformować. 3. Nie trzeba dodawać informacji o źródle (creditu) do breatherain.blogspot.com.	1. Resources (collections) means: stock photos, fonts, stock models, icon bases. 2. About downloading you should inform in the comment below newest post. 3. You do not have to credit me.
VIII. Zamawianie i proponowanie	VIII.Requests and propositions
1. Opcja zamawiania aktualnie jest niedostępna. 2. Propozycje umieszcza się w zakładce - zaproponuj. 3. Propozycja zrealizowana zostanie z zakładki usunięta.	1.
